The Right Service for Your Needs - The Best Options for Your Investment

At Royle Estates we offer two services, offering varying levels of assistance, preparation, protection, and legal compliance.

OPTION 1

 

A fully inclusive service charged at a set percentage of 12% inc VAT of the monthly rent.

 

Royle Estate's 'Full Management' service lets you put your feet up and not have to worry about any of the day-to-day issues of renting your property. We don't charge fees for lease renewals or commission on any repairs.

 

We offer realistic valuations and advice. But best of all, if we aren't able to let your property for any reason there is no fee whatsoever! However, with over 30 years of experience in property management and residential lettings we're confident your property will have a tenant in no time at all.

OPTION 2

 

You're in control, but we're here to help with any issues or concerns, advice and guidance, for just £420 inc VAT. 

 

For Landlords who have a basic knowledge of the law and prefer to undertake rent collection and maintenance themselves, we are always happy to provide a more bespoke service, all combined into an extremely competitive one-off fee of £350+VAT. You remain in control, but we’re here to help, if and when you need it. No matter how long your tenant stays, we won't charge you a penny more than the set fee.
