    A fully inclusive service charged at a set percentage of 10% + VAT of the monthly rent.

     

    Royle Estate's 'Full Management' service lets you put your feet up and not have to worry about any of the day-to-day issues of renting your property. We don't charge for lease renewals, commission on any repairs, or for any tenant lease renewal fees. We ensure tenants aren't put off by extortionate administration application fees, and we offer realistic valuations and advice. But best of all, if we aren't able to let your house for any reason there is no fee whatsoever! However, with over 20 years of experience in property management and residential lettings we're confident your property will have a tenant in it in no time at all.

    You're in control, but we're here to help with any issues or concerns, advice and guidance, for just £350+VAT in total. 

     

    For Landlords who have a basic knowledge of the law and prefer to undertake rent collection and maintenance themselves, we are always happy to provide a more bespoke service, all combined into an extremely competitive one-off fee of £350+VAT. You remain in control, but we’re here to help, if and when you need it. No matter how long your tenant stays, we won't charge you a penny more than the set fee.
